Tuesday's Ten Tips To Fill Up Your Tummy

Get crunching!!
  1. Choose surf over turf: Fish is more satisfying, per kilojoule, than beef or chicken, according to Dr Susanna Holt’s Satiety Index, a rank of different foods’ ability to satisfy hunger.
  2. Turn up the heat: The cooler a room, the more people tend to eat – which is why restaurants often keep thermostats low.
  3. Can the juice: Whole fruit contains fiber that makes you feel fuller than juice.
  4. Bulk up: Fiber expands in your GI tract to make you feel full, so make sure you get your RDA of 30g.
  5. Love your bread: Dodge the wonder white and go for wholemeal – it’s 5½ times more filling.
  6. Pass on diet labels: A study found that after eating full-fat muffins, subjects ate less in the next 24 hours than after a fat-free version.
  7. Hold your nose: Just smelling a fresh-baked cupcake can induce insulin secretion that makes you think you’re hungry. Bet you’re not.
  8. Munch raw carrots: Irish researchers found carrots are more filling when they’re raw. Get crunching!
  9. Down vitamins: Research suggests your body may compensate for a lack of nutrients by increasing your appetite so you’ll eat more.
  10. Be pro protein: A study found people ate 1846 less kilojoules a day on a 30 per cent protein diet versus a 15 per cent protein diet.

Looking for Army Wives Who Want to Lose Weight & Make Money From Home

Me before & after taking Xyngular products.
Do you need to find a way to make a little extra money each month?  What would you do with an extra $500 a month? Are you looking for work, but just can't find anyone that is hiring? I can help!

My name is Susan Langerud & I am a Distributor for a line of health & wellness products called Xyngular.  I've lost 35 pounds and have kept it off for over a year.  I have so much more energy and I  haven't felt this good in years.  I  actually became a Distributor because so many people wanted to know how I was losing the weight.  I am a real person, a product of the products, not a celebrity being paid to endorse or tweet about a product.

My real life Army Wife Whitney & her hubby B.J.
Now for the tie in to the Army!  My son in law is a Staff Sargeant and a sniper in the Army.  Through some of my daughter's friends on Post, I've put together an incredible team of real life Army Wives and they are absolutely rockin' out their businesses, from home.  They're all losing weight, feeling great and making money while their husbands are deployed.  Trust me, their hubbies are not going to recognize them when they get home, and the guys are already so excited to have that second stream of income coming in.  It's been such a blessing to be able to help so many people.

If you are at all interested in hearing more about this opportunity, I'd love to tell you more about it.  Just go to my websitehttp://shapeupwithsusan.com and fill out the contact form.  Be sure to notate that you want more information on becoming a Distributor and I will personally get back to you.

Trust me when I say that this could really change your life.  It has mine and I can't wait to share it with as many people as possible.

All the best,

Susan

Easy Secrets on How to Lose Weight

Incorporate these easy tips and you'll notice a difference in your waistline.

Eat More: Trade in 5-6 mini-meals for your normal 3-a-day, downsizing each meal to 250-300 calories of protein, fat and carbs. This stabilizes blood sugar, making your body burn muscle rather than store fat.
Example Meals: Egg-white omelet, low-carb tuna wrap

Optimize Exercise: Mix high-intensity and fat-burning exercises to work both white and red muscles, maximizing your workout and boosting metabolism.
Example: Follow short sprints (high intensity) with longer walks on inclines (fat burning)

Push It: Lose those last pounds by limiting dairy, gluten, and soy, consuming “clean food” (nothing processed or refined), and incorporating core-centered workouts (yoga, Pilates).
